Packer Palace Predicts 2011...
|
What can one say after that? You will want to acknowledge that there must be another Super Bowl appearance intended for Green Bay, which one could then also must acknowledge that a repeat would sure to follow and another Super Bowl Trophy for the Trophy Case is then destined for Green Bay. Face fate. 19-0. ...heh, what do I know, I always get this prognostication down to almost never being even close to never being right, so it's time for all of you to tell me where I'm wrong, all over again, for another year in a row.

________________________________ 9-8-11 - I was thinking 11 or 12 wins but I'll take 16! Scott in Souptown ________________________________ 9-6-11 - 12-4. We win the division. A Rod finally gets to have a home playoff game. We go on the road in the NFCC game and beat one stupid bunch of birds or another (Falcons or Eagles), then we roll into Indy, we drink all their beer, and we come out with One for the Thumb. GO PACKERS! Lions 9-7 Duh Bears 7-9 Drag Queens 5-11 Ruppert ________________________________ 4-28-11 - Time for some early Packers schedule predictions: Saints: L @Panthers: W @Bears:
LBroncos: W @Falcons: L Rams: L @Vikings: L @Chargers: L Vikings: W Bucs: L @Lions: L @Giants: L Raiders: W @Chiefs: L Bears: L Lions: W I'm betting on 5-11. How about you? Staley Da Bear ________________________________ 2-11-11 - I'd like to say we win the division next season, but it probably won't happen. Maybe something like this: Bears:
10-6Vikings: 9-7 Lions: 8-8 Packers: 5-11 And we get in the playoffs as a wild card. Valhalla ________________________________ 2-11-11 - I agree with Mr. Valhalla's NFC North predictions except that he should switch the Vikings and Lions around. Having the Bears at 10- 6 and the Packers at 5-11 seems pretty dead-on accurate, though. But who am I kidding? There probably won't be a 2011 season anyway. 1985 World Champions ________________________________ 1-6-11 - So lemme give a rundown of what GB's 2011 season will look like: Bears:
LoseLions: Win Vikings: Win Rams: Lose Saints: Lose Raiders: Lose Broncos: Win @Bears: Lose @Vikings: Win @Lions: Lose @Chiefs: Lose @Chargers: Win @Giants: Lose @Panthers: Win End result: 6-10 and third place behind the Bears and Lions (Vikes go in the basement again). gUrt *** gUrt, that's only 6-8; Buccaneers and Falcons you missed oh brilliant one! ---- BK Ok, I forgot Bucs and Falcons. Packers lose both of those. And 16-0 is no guarantee you're winning the SB as a certain team found out a few years ago. As for the Bears' 2011 opponents: Packers: Win Lions: Win Vikings: Win Falcons: Lose Panthers: Win Raiders: Win Chargers: Win Seahawks: Win @Packers: Win @Vikings: Win @Lions: Win @Saints: Lose @Buccaneers: Win @Broncos: Win @Chiefs: Win @Eagles: Win End result: 14-2 and #1 NFC seed. gUrt ________________________________ |
________________________________ 8-13-11 - WOW, this is going to be a great season to REPEAT!!!!! The schedule looks good! I predict 14-2 Losses to Lions on Turkey Day and Atlanta, first round bye and SF 49ers comming to Lambeau for a Divisional Playoff game then Atlanta coming to Lambeau NFC Championship game! and the revenge game from 2001- Packers win and go to SB to face the Steelers Again!!!!!! Packers win 36-17 to win the second consecutive Lombardi Trophy and 14 World Championships!!!!!! Lions 9-7, Bears7-9, Vikings 6-10. Go PACK GO PACKMAN ________________________________ 8-13-11 - Here's my all heart, no head, 2011 prediction: 13-Time World Champion Green Bay Packers 12-4 Lions 11-5 Bears 10-6 Vikings 8-8 "The Real" Boz ________________________________ 8-12-11 - hey BeerKid thanks for the 2010 prediction honorable mention! I will be at the Lambeau season opener vs. Saints - here's the 2011 prediction: Green Bay 11-5 Detroit 10-6 Minnesota 8-8 Chicago 6-10 flcnhgtspckr ________________________________ 8-4-11 - I have the NFC North at: Packers 12-4 (or 13-3) Lions 9-7 Vikings 8-8 Bears 5-11 And BTW, we're apparently no longer the sexy team, the Eagles are. I hope we prove them wrong and I hope our guys don't get SB hangover like the Saints did. Boz #126 ________________________________ 2-11-11 - Here's my 2011 predictions: Lions: W Bears: W Vikings:
WRaiders: W Rams: W Broncos: W Saints: W Buccaneers: W @Lions: L @Bears: W @Vikings: W @Chargers: W @Chiefs: W @Giants: L @Falcons: L @Panthers: W I don't see how we can't finish 13-3 with this schedule. Certainly no worse than 11-5. Jbk ________________________________ 1-6-11 - So when it's time to cut like a razor, pull out and use a chainsaw instead: Bears:
WinLions: Win Vikings: Win Rams: Win Saints: Win Raiders: Win Broncos: Win Buccaneers: Win @Bears: Win @Vikings: Win @Lions: Win @Chiefs: Win @Chargers: Win @Giants: Win @Panthers: Win @Falcons: Win End result: 16-0 and 1st place ahead of duh Bears and Lions (Vikes go in the basement again).
