PWNED!!!

PWNED! (Pawned!) - to belittle or reduce someone to pawn status, essentially, "owning" them.

Here I was, innocently glancing over the webpage stats for Packer Palace Saturday morning and I noticed this anomaly coming from a Vikings Fan forum. Hmmmmm... let's pop on over there and see what's going on that is generating noticeable traffic. Half the reason for Packer Palace was to flood the web with useless hugely important graphics so we Packer fans could put a little artistry into our football smack-talk. So we do allow a lot of hot-linking of images back to Packer Palace from hundreds of fan forums across the web.

So it should surprise no one that we also have a mischievous streak a thousand yards wide and this poster in a Vikings fan forum provided an opportunity that couldn't be ignored.

So what do you do when some "vikeinmontana" has hotlinked an image of Jared Allen (check out Michelle's Interview) from your website for his use over 500 times at Viking Message Board????

I know what I would do...
Exactly! Why you substitute this better picture in it's place. Can you say PWNED!!! I can.

Anyway, it still looks like Viking DE Jared Allen on the sidelines of a game to me.

So the PWNING only lasted a few hours... more than likely one of the moderators stepped in to remove the avatar image before "vikeinmontana" got around to adding a different one.

...and Big Ern Said So! - NO! Don't Go There! I'm a 100% confident that is not an image of any Vikqueen fans I or anyone else here knows.
