Skywriter Video Shoot...
Guess what BeerScout and I did last Sunday? We got to help out our good friend Shane and his new band Foxhole Radio go do a Video Shoot for their song Skywriter. A ton of fun only tempered with the 2 mile hike in to the wilderness of Rustic Canyon Park and the several abandon buildings it conveniently hides a short distance away from the main hiking fire road a couple hundred feet above it. Oh did I say wilderness, I meant the wilds that one finds only right in the middle of Los Angeles. It's still conveniently hidden, Murphy Ranch, but it's an old trampling ground of ours and we were kind of surprised that the location was OK'd by the band and the director. I should probably mention that Shane comes around on Sundays to watch the Packer games with us. So it's a double-bonus that we were able to help him out.
