Thank you Stone Brewery! Game Day at Packer Palace HQ got off to a fantastic start, 10am PST, with the opening of a large bottle of Stone's Lukcy Basartd (Lucky Bastard) Ale. Very nice, excellent on the palate, as it should be when a brew is being consumed for breakfast. It's a specialty blend, OK let's use their words, a triumvirate blend of Arrogant Bastard Ale (another large bottle quaffed at HQ during the game), Oaked Arrogant Bastard Ale, and Double Bastard Ale. Inspiring choice for a Sunday Morning Ritual. Concluding the day with the removal from the 6-pack of several bottles of the Ruination IPA (sandwiched around the quaffing of the Arrogant Bastard Ale) and well, throw in some Spicy-Thai and/or Jalapeno kettle chips and despite the TV play on the field, BeerScout and I were successful on Packers Game Day. Much of that credit goes to San Diego's Stone Brewery and their bevy of mighty fine products.
