Hey BeerKid...
I would like to know if anyone thinks that Brett is or has been "the problem" of our beloved team this year or any other. I can't take the bashing anymore, or is it just jealousy... I just spotted another site listing him as "rising" on all time interception list with names of other crappy QB's like Unitas, Tarkenton and some guy by the name of Marino.. Don't get me wrong I'm tired as hell of hearing about retirement. What's up with the whole this is gonna be Aaron Rodgers team, doesn't he have to earn that? What if he's the next Chuck Long, Joey Harrington or better yet (he he ) CADE MCNOWN. Better be careful what people wish for. 3622 yds 19 tds 28 ints 70.5 passer rating. I'll take that over a "he's managing the game" QB any day of the week and that's on the shittiest team we've seen in 15 yrs... Oh well, I GODDA GO PUKEChilWil _____________________ Hey ChilWil, No Brett hasn't been "the problem" with this year's dismal 3-12 season. Most of the NFL audience has been fed up with whole "Cheesehead Experience" which has centered around Brett Favre and they have been waiting for years to pounce on the Packers and try to discredit and demean them in anyway they can. This is the first year that they have been able to really sink their teeth and claws in. So they have, jealousy is the correct word for it. Now, Brett can and does just wing the ball down the field hoping his WR's will make a play and catch the ball or at least break up any INT attempt. This year he's not been getting much help at that. He does get a big chunk of the blame because he could manage things a little differently, and there has been injuries to key personnel, but all the mistakes that everyone on the team makes during key moments of the game, penalties, dropped passes, fumbles, missed assignments, bad play-calling, that's what "The Problem" is this year. Might have to go puke myself. BeerKid _____________________ |

Quoth The Greats...
"These fans, there's none like them, there really isn't. I don't care if you're losing, they'll have 80,000 thousand people there. If the Packers go 4-12 they're a sell out. If the Packers go 2-14 they'll sell out. If they go 0-16 the same people will be there." Paul Hornung |
"I would sit on the sidelines with a towel on my head and look around and go what in the world would make you people come here, at -8, -10, windchill of some ungodly number and we're 3-11. You know, what, what would make you do that?" Sterling Sharpe |

Talking 'Bout The Draft... |
Made the mistake of checking out some old 2005 mock draft links and discovered that the 2006 mock drafts have already appeared. With the Packers currently sitting #5 overall in the coming draft, both About Football and Football's Future have the Packers selecting Mario Williams out of North Carolina State, a 6'7", 290# Defensive End. Even as a Junior he's considered to be the best DE in the country, compared to Julius Peppers in talent, has good speed and pass rushing skills. Tremendous upside and potential pro bowler. You know we've never really replaced Reggie White at Power DE, maybe this kid will be it and teamed up with Aaron Kampman, KGB coming off the bench on passing downs, we'll finally have something that resembles a pressure pass rush.Another potential choice on defense would be 6'1" 240# Linebacker A.J. Hawk from Ohio State, another top-5 talent. Add him to Nick Barnett, Na'll Diggs, Robert Thomas, Paris Lenon, Roy Manning and instantly we've got a great group of linebackers. Which brings us back to the Defensive Secondary, where Al Harris and Nick Collins are going to need some help. So would Jimmy Williams, a 6'3" 215# Safety/Cornerback from Virginia Tech be a better choice. Time to start drafting size at all positions, can't be caught short. Which is why with 3 Quarterbacks on the board, you wonder if General Manager Ted Thompson is going to select one of them. Matt Leinart of USC, Vince Young of Texas, and Brady Quinn of Notre Dame are going to be starters in the NFL, will one of them be on the Packers roster? The Packers always surprise us on Draft Day, and we've got 3 months to wonder what this year's will be. Still Pack 4 Life! |

Nothing Left To Do...
...Except Beat The Bears! |
Start drinking in heavy moderation, the Christmas season is upon us. And nothing, and I mean nothing, can twist and hammer a holiday as having a Packers - Bears game on during Christmas Day. No matter which way the game goes there's going to be alot of swearing going on. So start drinking today, we have... well, we've never stopped actually.![]() It's come to our attention that we sort of, kind of, won an award or something. Over at Deadspin's Green Bay Packers we found Packer Palace listed under Blogdom's Best Green Bay Packers. Here's a small excerpt: There are many great Packers blogs, so sorry if we left out your favorite. It was practically impossible to pick just three: 3. Nietzsche or Nitschke? Really good blogs give you stuff you won’t see anywhere else, such as a report on how Packers fans are dumping tickets on eBay. Also, if you need a Packers leather helmet for the holidays, you’re in luck. 2. Green N Gold. “Sometimes I say to myself, ‘you know what, I’m just not going to watch the game today, they’ll just break my heart again.’ But then … I end up feeling guilty and find myself in front of the TV. I really need to beat the shit out of that little voice.’” 1. Packer Palace. An amazing logo, a healthy rivalry with the Vikings and the Bears, and much more. The guy named Beer Kid has created a Disneyland for Packers fans. Check it out. Although we certainly do twist and bend the blogger software to it's limits, and the Disneyland reference sometimes fits, they did leave out the other 1/2 of the team here at Packer Palace, and that's tirademan (formerly aka Beer Scout) and the many guest vocalists we use week in and week out. You can just file this away into the "Tooting Our Own Horn" category. Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays! Season's Greetings! Still Pack 4 Life! ______________________ Merry Christmas BeerKid and BeerScout!! Another year of Packer Palace reading is almost to an end. Thanks for all the entertainment and wisdom in '05! Altho the Football Season has been hard to accept, we still must cheer for our Green Bay Packers. (Someone should come up with a bumper sticker saying " We survived 2005 " or something.) Good Health, Happiness, Prosperity and Holiday Cheer to you 2 guys, and to all the regular Packer Palace fans and readers. God Bless, Lemondrop ______________________ can't wait for this year to end, god its been bad. the only thing I enjoyed this season was that win vs the Falcons, that looks like it f**ked there season up. don't have a go at Aaron he's done nothing wrong and in fact looked good in parts and I think he'll be better then Alex Smith. that blow out lost on monday night has been coming Thompson has done nothing to help Brett its took to the last two games for us to add better WR but he not here to help Brett, he's here to bring new young players and I think he's done that. here's hoping Santa brings us a win over the Bears. have a Happy Packers Christmas! pack 4 life ______________________ Whoever said Aaron Rodgers is bad can kiss my ass, Rodgers was playing on a team that wasn't playing for the win, but to finish the game, they just loss freakin hope. You dont even know if Nall is any good he beat Chicago but they sucked last year. GO PACK GO-Rob-Mokena Illinois______________________ Don't worry everybody... two more weeks and then the nightmare is over. I guess after all these winning seasons, I now know what it feels like to be a Jets fan. '06 will be better...I can taste it, and it tastes pretty damn good. Merry Christmas to all of you and yours, may it be filled with warmth, comfort, and good cheer. Kevin, A Packer fan in Eagles territory ______________________ |

Speak Out Spew Off...
Well it's safe to say that we no longer are outscoring our opponets. Heartbreak City. I don't remember the last time I couldn't watch the Packers play. Of course I'm not sure you could call that playing. No Effort, No Intensity, Nothing. Yeah, I'm glad we drafted a QB last year with the 1st round pick, instead of a starting defensive player. "Fire Thompson?", I think the chant should be "Play Nall". Still just a Happy Packer Bee, errrh Still Pack 4 Life! __________________________ Beerkid, Did you hear that loud thud last Sunday. Yeah it was all those Viking "Fans" jumping off the bandwagon. Monday night definitely hurt but I am still looking forward to Christmas Day. Sitting in my chair drinking a little Brandy a few beers and watching The Pack. MERRY CHRISTMAS PACKER FELLOW PACKER BACKERS!!! Remember sometimes it ain't easy being cheesy, just ask Lynn Dickey! ROCK ON! Remember you don't have to shovel rain California Packer Fans. DA BEARS STILL SUCK! Das.Wolf __________________________ GADO IS OUT FOR THE SEASON!!!! WILL HE START NEXT YEAR pack 4 life __________________________ Packers got robbed! No Probowlers???? I mean I know that we are a terrible team, but we have had some strong individual players. I personally believe that Al Harris is four times better the DeAngelo Hall. And Nick Barnett leads the NFC in Tackles. This season needs to be over, with Samkon Gado out we have nothing to look forward. We need AJ Hawk and Jim bates to be head Coach. Im sorry if im ranting, but for a seventeen year old packer fan who is only accustom to winning this is hell. ![]() If Brett stays and Samkon gets better and with Javon Walker the offense is destined to score more points and the defense will continue to get better. 12-4 in 06. Pack 4 Life. Cameron NYC __________________________ Well theres another injury Gado the list goes on and on. They just lost there team spirit, well 13 straight years of having a winning record and making the playoffs is something they are used to. We can only hope the texans finish in last because its inevitable that we wont if they finish and last and we have the 2nd pick in the draft they would draft Leinheart or young cause Dominik Davis averages more rushing yards a game then david carr does passing. Then we can get reggie bush, I think I can speak for all packer fans that we want them to lose cause the season is over anyway may as well get a higher first round pick. GO PACK GO-Rob-Mokena Illinois __________________________ "What the Hell was that?!" Only Brett and Samkon Gado seemed to have showed up last night (until Samkon went down injured) against the Ravens and everyone else went M.I.A. What was up with Fergie? He appeared to have had a "Randy Moss mentality" by taking plays off and missing key blocks. I wonder if the PACKERS cut Mike Sherman's Birthday cake before, during half time or just tossed it in the hopper after this embarrassing, most lopsided loss in MNF H-I-S-T-O-R-Y! I think Coach Sherman was showing his age when he put Aaron “Buck” Rogers in the game. Let's start a "Fire Thompson" campaign, why not? Detroit fans seem to be getting their message across in their campaign against Matt Millon. Thompson let this team down from the get go and unfortunately Brett Favre and those remaining players that are not on the I.R. have to suffer due to his miss-management and stupidity as Green Bay's General Manager. Green and Gold Forever (but a bit pissed off right now). PACKER PAUL - Minneapolis, MN. __________________________ ![]() Buddy... What the hell is going on here? I wondered back then how the Saints fans felt. Now I know. What I want to thank Sherman for is this though: Thanks for giving Nall so much as one damn snap. We've proven that if Rodgers is the future... What a sad sad future it will be. He has no pocket presence at all and even if he's not getting hit, he's just not good. There's a reason he slid to 24 in the draft. Because if it weren't for our silly asses, he wouldn't be in the NFL at all. Tell me I'm wrong. At least we know that we can get back in the running for Reggie if Houston and the Niners stop throwing, er, um unfortunately losing games. Unbelievable. And as a final note: Didn't we learn in the 80's that run, run, pass, punt doesn't work? Luke __________________________ Greetings from St. Louis! Sorry to hear you have the flu... I'm fighting off a sinus infection myself - no fun... Wanted to tell you I was in Orlando last wknd (Disney) and my nephew via cellphone helped me find the Central Florida Packer Backers - have you heard of them or know anything about them? GREAT group of people! They meet at One Eyed Jack's downtown. Their website is http://www.centralfloridapackerbackers.com/pages/packerhome.html. Happened to make my way to a table with three guys, and one of them (Dave) does the comic strip for the fan club's weekly newsletter. Also at the end met the guy who runs the sound - they play "Go Pack Go!" now and then, just like at Lambeau, plus at the end of the game, they played that classic (?) "Go You Packers, Go!". Between quarters, they do games and stuff (ball-toss, raffle, etc.) Everyone was super-friendly - it felt just like being in Wis. for a game! So, okay, I think we're going to win the rest of our games, go 6-10, still get a good 1st-round draft choice and climb back into playoff contention in 2006! Have a great Christmas weekend! Yeah, yeah, yeah, Rockwood is late! One of us is also sick with the damn flu and the other has been experiencing overtime fun! Anyway, that is no excuse, but it won't stop us from flaunting our Warlock success story from last week! Anyone notice the feature? One Mr. Grady Jackson pounding on Garcia as Sam Gado the fresh wheeled kid knocks the opposition through the uprights in the end! We were going to do Hitchcock this week but... Ask and you sometimes may receive... Samkon Gado Wallpaper Imagetirademan ____________________ hey beerkid! The Packers website always puts up a new set of wallpapers after every game. I download the one on my work computer for whomever I believe is the MVP of the game and then relish that until the next win. For the last two weeks, there has been no wallpaper. What the hell? I figure one of two things can happen here... One: You actually have some connection or idea that can help me. Two: Somebody who does care will read this and get me more wallpapers. I need a high-res pic of Gado taking it to the house. Fighting the Cowpokes to expand Packerland... Luke P.S. Life in dallas is funny. There's so much noise every Monday with people jumping on and off the Cowboy's bandwagon. P.P.S. I'm not sure if anybody is gonna join me on this one, but how bad of an idea is it to keep this Gado guy around? He seems pretty bright, and we love the guy after what, one appearance? At the very least, I think it should help keep any other running backs from making all sorts of noise in the off-season. I think Green is above that... but I though Javon would have been too... Thank you Samkon... Thank you. YA GADO BELIEVE ____________________ Whether they're 3 - 10 or 10 - 3, Beer & Brats still tastes the same!!! GO PACK, GO! Assuming Gado returns next year, along with the people on the rather lengthy IR...this team is gonna be good. I can't wait!! BTW...that move by Gado to get rid of the ball in the end zone was a thing of magic. Sure, he should've been called for the safety...but hey, no dice. The ghosts of Lambeau Field are alive and well!! Kevin - A Packer fan in Eagles territory Duane...as far as second teams go...be it known I bleed green and gold now until the day I die. I just happen to LIKE the Giants. Living in the NY Metro area we get a lot of Giants play. I hate the Eagles, my best friends are Giants fans...my father is a Giants fan...so since I wont have the Pack to root for in weeks 18-21, I'll be pulling for the Giants. But come February 6, 2006,...PACK ALL THE WAY!! ____________________ ya ____________________ Well, I'm glad we took ourselves out of the running in the "Bush in '06" campaign. Now we can focus on building for next season through evaluation of current players, thoughtful assessment of the talent of the not-Reggie-Bush 2006 draft-eligible college players and the dedicated rehabilitation and return of injured Packers. And now I'm going to my room to pray that Reggie Bush turns out to be more Ki Jana Carter than Barry Sanders. Pack4Life Duane in Almost God's Country P.S. Vice Boat Update...Check this out Beerkid. I think their “Brad Johnson winning streak” will come to an abrupt end on Sunday. PACKER PAUL - Minneapolis, MN. ______________________ |
![]() Culpepper, three other Vikings charged in boat party scandal The Hennepin County Sheriff says the investigation into the Vikings boat party continues despite misdemeanor charges against four players Thursday. Pat McGowan told reporters that the "case is still open and considered active" and that several other people were involved in criminal activities. "As yet these people have not been identified," he said, adding "There was no shortage of inappropriate behavior." The Sheriff said that witnesses have been unable to make positive identifications of other people who were breaking the law. McGowan added that investigators have determined that "There were no felonies of violations of federal law." Quarterback Daunte Culpepper and three other Minnesota Vikings were charged Thursday with three misdemeanors each for taking part in a bawdy boat party earlier this season on Lake Minnetonka. Culpepper, Bryant McKinnie, Fred Smoot and Moe Williams were charged with indecent conduct, disorderly conduct and lewd or lascivious conduct, according to court papers. If convicted, each player faces a maximum of 90 days in jail on each count. Prosecutor Steve Tallen's decision was based on findings by the Hennepin County sheriff's office, whose investigators reviewed allegations of lewd and drunken behavior aboard a floating party Oct. 6 that involved some Vikings players. Crew members complained that some people took off their clothes and engaged in public sex acts during the cruise, according to Stephen Doyle, an attorney representing the boat owners, Al & Alma's Supper Club and Charter Cruises in Mound. The crew members identified 17 Vikings among about 90 people on the two boats. The court papers released Thursday said Smoot and defensive end Lance Johnstone arranged the charter.Vikings coach Mike Tice was careful with his reaction. "According to NFL rules and union contracts, there is a large difference between allegations and charges and convictions," Tice said just before his routine news conference. "So until at any point there is a conviction of some type, if there is, I have no action to take and nothing to say." After that, Tice threatened to stop talking to reporters if anyone asked more questions about the allegations. Reports that some women at the party were paid to come from Minnesota had raised the possibility of federal charges, but U.S. Attorney Tom Heffelfinger said Thursday that no such charges would be brought. Heffelfinger cited insufficient evidence. That decision, along with sheriff's decision to send the case to Tallen's office, meant any charges would be minor. Tallen is the prosecuting attorney for the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District, which handles nonfelony crimes committed on the big lake just west of Minneapolis. The boat scandal hit the Vikings when they were already reeling, off to a 1-3 start, and made them the object of national ridicule on late-night TV and cable sports channels. New owner Zygi Wilf, who had been seeking state help for a new stadium, responded forcefully, apologizing to Gov. Tim Pawlenty and other state officials and instituting a new code of conduct. The team has since recovered on the field and, with quarterback Brad Johnson replacing the injured Culpepper, reeled off six straight wins to become a playoff contender at 8-5. |

Packers Win! Packers Win! And now all of you owe us "Warlocks" all your money and your many Christmas Presents, you can stop by later in the week and drop 'em off. ![]() We had Grady Jackson doing a pounding on Jeff Garcia. What a 4th and Goal defensive stand. Na'll Diggs made the tackle, but Grady was at the bottom of pile defending the way. We highlight Samkon Gado motoring all over the place and slamming around some Lions and then even making a field goal. Bingo! Samkon has a big game (he's getting over half of the Rookie of the Week votes) and the Packers win on a FG in overtime. We must be "Warlocks"... More viewing pleasure for the NFL Audience this monday night. We love the Pack, even during the darkest seasons, but after watching the Sunday Night Game, and now the coming up Monday Night Game, the Christmas Day game against the Bears, what was the NFL to do? Why, of course, move the final game of the season against the Seahawks back to the 1pm EST start. No more National Audience for You!!! Especially seeing that we're playing ourselves right out of the Reggie Bush Sweepstakes and this isn't Brett Favre's farewell tour either. Merry Christmas! We're Pack 4 Life! _______________________ “SWEET VICTORY” Just like someone’s sign I saw on T.V. during the vi-queens game at Lambeau, “You GADO Believe.” Samkon was amazing. The defense continued there dominant play and we witnessed another game where special teams played a vital role, but the PACK pulled one out for Brett’s 100 consecutive start in Green Bay. I don’t know about you Beerkid, but I thought the head referee handed the Lions a gift by allowing the Roy Williams TD in the first quarter. I thought by the time he realized where he was in the end zone it was already too late. But a win is a win is a win. Speak Out Spew Off...
For all of you out there that are hoping for the Packers to lose out and somehow secure the 1st pick in the NFL draft next year. Not going to happen. Why? The Packers are going to beat the Lions this Sunday night on ESPN. Again, Why? errrrh, How? Because we got some Instant Karma on our side, Sandee's going to the game, and she doesn't want to see them lose the last time she might get to see Brett Favre play. Her finacee' put a bit of effort into this snowbound getaway weekend to Green Bay. This worked before when Gwyn, another friend of ours who went earlier this year to the Saints game. So it will work this time too.So if the Packers have 3 wins, is that enough slip past the Jets, 49ers, and Texans to get to the front of the line in the Reggie Bush Sweepstakes? That sounds like a top 5 pick to me instead, and if you can't get Reggie than you got to go defense. And we all know how well the Packers do with Top-10 picks, Mandarich, Buckley, Reynolds... I still have to want the Packers to win out their games to close out this pathetic season. Still Pack 4 Life! And Damn Proud Of It... ______________________ HAHAHAHA even the Detroit Lions beat you out... HAHAHAHAHAHA ______________________ First of all Beerkid, props for using a car-themed cartoon for this week's Rockwood Lodge. It worked against the Falcons... lets see it work against the Lions. As far as the Packers go, what can i say? All we can do is look to the offseason and the draft. As much as I'd love to see Reggie Bush sporting the green and gold, I'd be just as happy with Lendale White and/or AJ Hawk. Mahematically the Packers are out of playoff contention, so it's time to root for our second teams (for me it's the Giants) and hope the Packers draft well and have a strong offseason. In other news.... JAVON WALKER FIRED DREW ROSENHAUS!!! The story is on JSOnline... go check it out! And now for the Eagles report - After suffering a brutal 42-0 loss in front of millions and millions of people on Monday night, the eagles are sucking major wind right now. Lets just say that the Eagles fans at school have joined the Jets fans in hiding. Now with Brian Westbrook gone for the year, all that's left to do is watch the backup quarterbacks send the Iggles down the tubes and into the NFL basement. Should be fun to watch! Kevin, A Packers fan in Eagles territory ![]() ______________________ Hey I know it would be nice to win out but we have a chance to get Reggie Bush. Speak Out Spew Off...
OK, so where are all those purple “your website sucks, have fun with your losing season” sad-sack Viking posters this week? Oh yeah, they’re yelling “GO PACK GO!” this week at the top of their lungs! Duane from Almost God’s Country, what’s it like to be in the Land of Yellow Braids and hear the Purple Beet Pukers praying for a Packer victory? My guts are ripped out as I can’t stand ANYTHING that helps the Vikes! Oh well, growing up on the Northside of Eau Claire in the 70’s makes you really hate purple! I’ll have to drink some Leinies, stoke up the 60watt fireplace, and act like it’s 1941 (the other season that lives in infamy) when the Bears beat the Pack 33-14 on their way to the Championship...and the Queens didn’t exist! GO PACK GO!tirademan ________________________ On assignment in Almost God's Country: The misguided 'Queens fans I know have been uncharacteristically quiet about rooting for our Pack to help them out by beating Da Bears, although when directly questioned I get an interesting response. Some have pointed out that when the Vikings' cause is lost they will root for the Packers, while they've never known a Packer fan to reciprocate and root for the Vikings under any circumstances. Exactly. We just can't fathom even superficial support of ANY other team besides our beloved Packers, let alone the (boo, hiss) Vikings. To us, that only reinforces the "fair weather" label that 'Queens fans deservedly have. As an aside, the few Bears fans I know don't have a lot of faith in their team's abilty to stop an efficient offensive team. So here's to efficient offense, and a huge upset of Da Bears. Now I'm off to the nearest Beer Store to get MY supply of good ol' Leinie's. Duane in Almost God's Country ________________________ Hey Beerkid, Looks like we won the Campbells 'click for cans to tackle hunger' for this year! Pittsburg came on strong at the end , but we smoked 'em anyway! http://www.chunky.com/clickforcansvote.aspx?showresults=1 Lady K - Packer Club, Hemet Ca. ________________________ I've been looking at draft prospectives and right now as it stands the texan have the first pick, then the jets the niners and the the PACKERS. I think that Bush will be taken first and then Leinart, then D'Brickshwaw Ferguson. That leaves us with a bounty of defensive players to pick. Many people would say that we need Jimmy Williams the shutdown corner out of Virgnia Tech, but the Packers cannot just keep taking corners every pick in the draft. Ahmad carrol is improving and should be fine as our second corner. The best pick for the packers is to take AJ Hawk, with Diggs in a contract year we need a another linebacker. Our linebacking corps then would be a nice speed with Barnett and Poppinga and then Hawk could bring the hammer. Laurence Marouney might also be a nice adition, he is an explosive runningback, but we still need to adress the defense. My Predictions for next year, Favre stays, the packers get healthy and go 12-4, Nfc north champs and then who knows. Cameron NYC ________________________ I just realized how the PACKERS season has been so piss-poor. I looked over my 2005 Green Bay PACKERS calendar and did you know that the player featured for October was Mike McKenzie and for November it was Darren Sharper. December looks very promising with a picture of our 3 Time MVP Brett Favre rolling out with a TD on his mind. I am a PACKER fan trapped in Minn-e-soooo-ta and I think this weekends contest between da-bears and the PACK may be “bitter sweet” for me as I would LOVE to see another “W” for the PACKERS but I most certainly would not like to see da-queens make up anymore ground on Chicago either. If we can shut down da-bears offense, improve our special teams performance (without any fumbled kick off returns for example, or pathetic 28 yard punts from “Blow Job Sander”) we may just have a chance.Oh and less I forget, let’s see the home team/stadium security step up and keep those crazy MO-FO’s off the field during our football games on the road; this only adds to this season’s curse we apparently have to injury, poor tackling and piss poor time management. Bring on Mooch! Green and Gold Forever. PACKER PAUL - Minneapolis, MN. ________________________ You know what i cant stand how everyone is saying well that packers are gonna get wooped this sunday that'll be fun well the FALCONS said the SAME GOD DAMN THING AND WE BEAT THEM ON THE ROAD THEY WERE SO GOD DAMN OVERCONFIDENT THAT WAS THERE DOWNFALL THE BEARS ARE THE SAME WAY WE'LL KICK THERE WUSSY OVERPAID ASSES SUNDAY and beerkid what's the name of the band that sings the song i think im turning japenese??? GO PACK GO KICK THE FUCKING BEARS ASSES ON SUNDAY! Rob - Mokena Illinois ________________________ I for one, am pulling for the Bears to take the division away from the Viqueens... that way they can use the time they would be using prepping for the playoffs and go arrange another party out on Lake Minnetonka. Also, I'd love to see Mooch come to Titletown as well... not as the head coach (I'm one of the few pro-Sherman people still left), but maybe assistant coach or something. It was the players, their lack of team chemistry (I bet none of them know their locker mate's name), and their overall terrible play that did mooch in. Remember, he did go 12-4, 12-4, and 10-6 in San Fran before getting the boot after the 10-6. So anyway, last monday I was sitting in the dining hall at school, eating lunch and minding my own business (wearing my Packers hat) when who else but an Eagles fan in a McNabb jersey came up to me and said "Yeah your Packers sure do suck...Favre's all old and washed up, he should retire...Eagles all the way!!" I calmly responded "Get back to me when the Eagles and your boy McNabb win a Superbowl." Kevin - a Packers fan in Eagles territory ________________________ Beerkid, it is hard to blame Sherman for the injuries this year, that did not help his cause. But he has lost playoff games at Lambeau and turned our house into a joke. That is unforgivable. He dug his own grave with poor draft picks and poor playcalling. Mariucci will do fine calling the plays. he and Brett will be a good duo again. But let him have the offense and not hand him the keys to the whole damn thing yet. I say we let bates run the show. He has produced a solid D somehow despite a big target on Ahmad Carroll. He produced a W over the champs last year in Miami after everyone else quit on them. As far as the draft goes, we need some help in the secondary. Lets crab a CB early (provided that Reggie Bush is off the board). that is our biggest weekness and there are some big answers (see Jimmy Williams, VT). We can get by with Gado and Davenport. If they can learn to squeeze the ball and stay healthy we can milk them for 30-35 carries.CROWDPLEASER ________________________ Hey Beerkid, Although I would love to have an even somewhat respectable record at this point in the season I am completely looking forward to playing spoiler this weekend down in Chi-town kicking the Bears asses and exposing the scam they call a good football team. Nuts up on the Pierogis, Kluski, Dill Pickles, and Kielbasa aftermath after this Sundays ass slapping boys. I'll see yous guys this summer when your on vacation. I never get tired of selling yous guys half cords of firewood for $250.00. DA BEARS STILL SUCK Das. Wolf ________________________ THANKS FOR THE NFC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE MONTH DARREN SHARPER!!!!!! ________________________ If it did come down to vikings and the bears i would have to say i hate them both so very much equally and i would cut off one of my balls if they one a super bowl in my existence i would have to root for the vikings cause of erasmus james and michael bennett who both came from Wisconsin University of wisconsin i also live in chicago territory and most of my friends our bears fans. hear is a fun fact 2.5 out of every 5 people in chicago is a bears fan that is the saddest thing i've ever heard. Oh well, I GODDA GO PUKE
Made the mistake of checking out some old 2005 mock draft links and discovered that the 2006 mock drafts have already appeared. With the Packers currently sitting #5 overall in the coming draft, both

The court papers released Thursday said Smoot and defensive end Lance Johnstone arranged the charter.

So it will work this time too.
