Speak Out Spew Off...
So heading into this weekend and with the Packers vs. Eagles game coming up on Monday Night ESPN Football, I'm looking for ways that the Packers can win in Philadelphia. First off, it's a road game, then you notice it's a night road game, hmmmmmmmmm, not good. It's rare for the Packers to play well on the road in late games, hell, they didn't even show up to start the season at home against Duh Bears. What makes a betting man think they might take the road win in Michigan against the Lions and parlay that into momentum that can lead them to a win in Pennsylvania against the Eagles. It will take an alignment of stars to lay the groundwork that's for sure, but more importantly it's going to take some brilliant play by the Packers Offense (you can read that as No Turnovers!!!) and the Packers Defense to play twice their best game so far this season along with a smart coaching move or two (or ten) for the Packers to win this game monday night. It leaves one looking at all that gray area between probabilities and possibilities... This current Packers team is not really a young team, it just plays like young team, which right now doesn't give us any certain kind of indication on what to expect, so take your pick, expect the worse or expect the best, just expect the Green Bay Packers. BeerKid - Still Pack 4 Life! ________________________ Hi BK (and thanks for the Packer love, back at ya Duane) What a game...Lions. I had to drive 16 miles from My hometown to a bar that showed it. And I live by the BIG LAKE...remember? (Its all about them Direct TV people) Duluth MN TV, they say they are our Local channels. and show the Queens. So be it...we had a blast at that bar. The bar had a 1910 school bell from a school that is no longer there..and they rang that for every Packer gain. HOW FUN WAS THAT!! huh? I still can't hear. BK...you gotta make the trip back to WI to watch a game. Nothing could be finer. Not to wreck the old song....but Carolina just is NOT. I check into Packerchatters....X4 Packers. They all wanna kill and burn amongst themselves and the team. This place is a Packer Fan place. Keep it that way!!! PLEASE Thank you very much. Lemondrop I know how they feel about the Pack on the forums... I went through that phase the whole off-season right up until the opening of training camp when it started to become obvious that the team's weakest area is the Coaches... but it's now stand and cheer for your team or go home... I'm gonna keep standing, I have no choice, I'm Pack 4 Life! ________________________ Hey BeerKid..... Just had to send a quik one. Everyone needs to get the hell off Al Harris' ass. Been reading all these articles about him and the deal is this. He's playing decent ball. He covering the top receiver on 3rd downs, because Woodson can't if he lines up on his side. Harris is making much less than Woodson and I don't blame him for being irritated!! You can say he should have never signed that contract.... sure. You probably should say they should have never paid that for Woodson... I will say the Pack fucked this up.... and now they need to fix it somehow. They've paid Harris too little and Woodson too much. You have to know a little about human nature and what will happen if the big money guy doesn't succeed.... cause even if it's a janitor, the guy making several $/hr. less isn't going to bust his ass to out work the other guy. Pack fucked this up, now they need to fix it. I'm getting tired of losing good players because personnel can't get their shit together!!! Long Live the Pack!!! I think the same type of thing was happening with our WR position last year... Robert Ferguson was the highest paid WR though 3rd on talent depth list, it cost the team Javon Walker and then the Packers to their credit, gave Donald Driver his contract upgrade to correct the mis-adjustment. It's now a different era and the Packers management is going to have to jump through hoops to keep its players happy or... well, put it this way, we don't have a Reggie White type player to bring the other high talent players in here to play for us. ________________________ Hi, I'm a fan of the site. I think it's great.Anyways I don't know if you're familiar with the game Tecmo Super Bowl but I made this little clip. It's from the Vikings @ Cardinals game when the McCown to Poole TD pass knocks them out of the playoffs and puts us Packers in. Anyways check it out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_wfYAGosi4 Keep up the great work on this site! fro30 Heh heheh heh eh, I know I catch myself watching our version of the clip That Magic Moment over and over and over again. Here's the lost animated gif - Hopes Alive! that BeerScout created before we found that perfect "magic moment" music to create the flash movie with. ________________________ Monday nite football...... I'm not one for predictions in fact I think they could be more of a jinx but since the leaves are turning and the shadows are growing longer, I see us winning monday night. The image of a youngian Favre is too strong in my mind for loss! I wax nostalgiac, and yet optimistic even confident! Last weeks win hangs heavy like bar-b-que smoke and beer! I CAN FEEL IT PEOPLE!!! BIG ERN said so!!!!! It's been the scent of barely warmed hotdogs and hormel chili so far for me... and the fragrant essence of Chimay Triple, at my Packer home away from home, The Daily Pint. ________________________ ![]() Hey BeerKid, I Googled up Shott's bio. 87-87 Browns spec. teams. 1989-2001, K.C. Spec. Teams (89-94), DB coach (95-98), Def. Co. (99-01) (his defense had a good year once where they forced a lot of turnovers and returned for alot of TD's, etc.). 2001 Redskins DC. 2002 Detroit DC. 2004 GB DB coach. Then this year too in GB (because he did such a wonderful job in 04 I guess) and I'm not sure where he was 03. I'm thinking the Redskins wanted upgrading. Looks like from the game Sunday, they still haven't recovered from him being in Detroit and then he's fired here two years ago.... so we bring him back. As you can see, nothing stands out from his bio. Just hope they don't become OK and all the people now that would like to see him gone, stop writing in about it. We can't settle for OK, when we want more!!! And too, I'm not impressed at all with McCarthy's bio either,,,,but he's hand picked by TT, and I am with his!!! Interesting stat I found reading articles..... before the last two games Favre was 6TD's and 23 INT's in the last 11 games. And had more TD's in a game than INT's in nearly a year. Poor Vikings'......breaks my damn heart!!!!!!!!! Long Live the Pack!!! ________________________ BK, Geesh! Least ya could do when recommending a band ("...and overplaying Kyuss' Welcome to Sky Valley at overly loud levels.") is post a link from which one might hear the recommended, i.e., http://wfmu.org/playlists/shows/18705. While I'm at it, ever heared The Kropotkins? Check 'em out: http://wfmu.org/playlists/shows/5556. They're good AND good for you. Go Pack! I downloaded the Sissy Wa Wa tune, that fits into the edge of my music experience, remember, I was cranking Kyuss at overly loud levels (frustration can be fun) because I was rebuilding my laptop after losing over a year's worth of personal stuff (I still swear that's backed up someplace - no luck finding the disc's though) and have since moved on and up and around with Queens of the Stone Age, Eagles of Death Metal, The Distillers, The Sword, Priestess with old favorites like Love & Rockets, Iron Maiden, Shriekback, Dead Kennedys and early 70's favorite teen Sammy Hagar singing for Montrose (Rock the Nation, Bad Motor Scooter, Rock Candy), sweet stuff... Well don't forget Packer favorites - Elroy & the Diehards. ________________________ |

We are no longer the worst team in the league!!! Woo hoo!!! I was really starting to reach the boiling point on these pre-game prognosticators from Detroit. "The Lions are playing one of the worst teams in the NFL this week...", crap like that, all over everywhere. We get a reprieve on that designation for awhile, as the Packers outlast the Lions 31-24 in a game that sounds close, but take away those 2 fumbles by Ahman Green at the end and Noah Herron before halftime and it might have been closer to a blow-out. Big road win for the Pack, big division win, and the first of many more to come. Now the Eagles have started to look much better than their injury-plagued, T.O. ruined season from last year. All it took was a big-time WR Dante Stallworth to come in and the Eagles went from pathetic to contender. We can play them tough, we have in Philly before, but it will show if the Packers can at least be pretenders, in the race for the division crown. Go Pack! BeerKid - Still Pack 4 Life! _____________________________ I Just got off work and ran home half expecting more bad news on our season. To my elation we are winners!!!31-24 I'll take it!!! CONGRADULATIONS fellow PACKER BACKERS!!!!! There will be more to come from our squad Great job guys!!! I LOVE YA !!!!!!A win over division rivals is HUGE at this point, and let's pray the b--rs lose big to that fourth team in the north keep em' crossed and I'm on my way to celebrate!! GO PACK GO!!! BIG ERN said so!!!! The Packers didn't look all that great with their first win, the Lions may give the Raiders and the Bucc's a run for their money as the worst team in the league, but I like winning, I actually had a fun time watching the game at The Daily Pint, first time this year I left with a big smile on my face. _____________________________ sorry beerkid but the bears beat the vikings today, the bears might suck but they are 3 and 0 and they are the best team in the nfl. joe ps, I am a fantastic speller. The lone Bear fan in the bar was making some of the loudest, most painful noises I've heard in a long, long time... but an ugly win is still a win. Oh, I couldn't break over 20 years of traditional Vikqueen hate and found myself rooting for the Bears to win, yeah, yeah, it was an ugly scene. _____________________________ |

Blitz Beer Banned...
Report: Fans at Lambeau are less behaved when the Packers lose.AP - GREEN BAY, Wis. - About 50 percent more people are arrested on average at Lambeau Field when the Green Bay Packers lose than when they win, according to a newspaper analysis. The Green Bay Press-Gazette analyzed arrests from 94 of the 107 games at Lambeau Field between August 1996 and January 2006, including pre- and post-season play. (Arrest data was not available on 13 games.) The newspaper found that when the team wins, they are an average of 5.8 people arrested, compared to 9.08 when they lose. Al Timmerman, retired Green Bay Police operations commander who said the difference is tied directly to the mood of the crowd. "When the Packers lost, the fans drank more and they became more unruly and it goes along with the way the game goes," Timmerman said. "When the team is losing and they're down, everyone is down in the dumps and the beer was flowing a little bit better." |

Speak Out Spew Off...
You can bitch and you can moan and question every decision ever made by this Packer GM and Coach or any other Packer GM and Coach, and any move made by any player, and you can go on and on and on about it forever, but you can't step back and you can't step off. You ride this Green and Gold wagon through the dismal losses and the freezing wins year after year. You wear the Green and Gold where-ever you go, to work, to church, to in-laws homes, because as a Packer fan, you do not step back and you don't step off.See you at the bar on Sunday. BeerKid - Still Pack 4 Life! __________________________ Goodness there seems to be a lot of hostility (and obvious suppressed homo-sexual tendencies) out there in bativa, illinuts (joe)But remember that it's been a LONG LONG time since you clowns have been to the big show (remember that little shuffle-dance you did??) The Randy Wright Years Are Here...
People have said that Sherman was an ego whore but lets be serious, Sherman can be brought back down to Earth but Ted Thompson, a guy who got rid of two pro bowl offensive linemen and then quote" Offensive Linemen are a dime a dozen" and we have not one person going to the pro bowl. This guy should be roasted on a spicket. Farve, come on this guy is just as good as he has always been, how can you dominate without an offensive line, christ let me throw boulders at you from inside a box. Give the damn Packers a line and some Defensive backs and we would win with pure devastation.Running back, well when was the last time we did good at that section, maybe when we had our dime a dozen offensive linemen. The fact is Seattle couldn't win when Ted Thompson was there, he left and now look at 'em, Mike Holmgren brought in Hasselback, all the key players, Ted Thompson that good for nothing virus is sucking our team dry just as he did with Seattle. He is the anti-christ belittling our Brett Farve and our former coach Mike Sherman, Sherman had a great record and is was pooped on by this little jocked big headed wierdo we like to call a GM. I'm glad Brett came back and wasn't pushed out for the worthless Aaron Rodgers, if this is the case well we better go after Matt Leinert cause thoughts of J.P. Losman still haunt me. Lets be real Brett is 5 years younger then Rich Gannon who went to the superbowl at age 41, there is nothing wrong with farve, injuries, cut rate recievers that are route burners, and 8th string runningbacks, hacked offensive line, and a hopeless third round drafted punter, which is Sherman's bad move but hey he took chances, some work some don't. Brett is the same and because he doesn't have the supporting cast people are jumping on him when lets not forget all his comebacks, heartaches, and wins he has given us. The Randy Wright years are right around the corner, so get ready to have a high suicide rate here in ole Wisconsin. Kyle |

Another sunday, another horror show from the Packers. Well it's more like b-movie horror, almost a parody of itself as it unfolds. Great 1st quarter which led to 13-0 lead, but nothing much more from the defense as the Packers lose to the Saints at Lambeau Field, 27-34 for a great 0-2 start.Anytime anyone is around Santa Monica, we've started to make The Daily Pint (2310 Pico Blvd - 310-450-7631) our home. They've given us the projection screen TV on the backside and full audio to hear the game. Come on down and join the handful of us sitting around drinking Chimay's (or the favorite beverage of your choice), woofing down Chili-Cheez dogs and screaming 'bout the Pack. BeerKid - Still Pack 4 Life! ______________________________ Congradulations to the bears on your stunning accomplishment of finally beating my PACKERS,it's nice to see a lovable band of misfits rise up, and beat the team that has KICKED THE PISS out you for so long!Your outstanding talent alowed you to beat a 4 and 12 team with rookie coach no offensive line and countless other deficiences, but all the same kudos!! You really look like chumps "I mean champs" Just remember it's only week 2 so act like you've won a game or two and show a little class because we'll be seeing you again, and just for the record you still suck! Of course it's from 1 or 2 people, maybe, just maybe from a room full of Bears fans on 1 computer, but someone who spews like this doesn't have even a few friends. Bears Suck! Go Pack! ______________________________ your wrong. 26-0 and 34-7 says your wrong. Yes, you will be able to slap us around with our pathetic showing in the Bears 26-0 win over the Pack, but that's about it, or show me where you predicted 3 weeks that Rex Grossman would have doubled his career TD's in just 2 games this year. Show me mofo!!! or shut up. ______________________________ ![]() ++++++ who is the idiot that said the packers would go 14 and 2 and the bears would go 4-12. last time i checked the packers already had 2 losses and my bears are they best in the nfl. and enough of your gay fag bears suck stuff. just remember last year (clinching division) and opening day (26-0) you hillbily faggots just go worship a drunk qb that cant throw for shit. -Joe(batavia IL) if you want to find me you fags. ++++++ Heres my prediction faggots. Bears: 13-3 Vikings: 8-8 Lions: 8-8 Packers: -1-17 ++++++ the only way you guys will win is if jesus plays for you guys. here's whats really going to happen. 1st ahman green will get caught beeting his wife and kids. then farve will get injured for the season because he has osteoperosis. then if im not mistaken they lost 26-0 with green and farve, then again aaron rodgers is an improvement. ++++++ im a catholic person and i didnt apreciate those prayers. but at least i know that your going to hell where you will be forced to have sex with women. ++++++ the only thing you guys should be praying for a win ++++++ if the bears still suck then what does that make the packers (26-0)? brett farve doesnt have it anymore, oh wait, he never had it. ++++++ shitcago bears? thats like if i said the green gay packers. that is the gayest thing i ever heard. why dont you all just put a bullet in your mouth. and to the guy who said remember 96, that would be like if i said remember 85. why dont you retards get through your head that the bears are winnin division this year and next year and so on. and dont put marijuana on your logo, ive smoked more weed than youve ever seen. fuck you ++++++ if the bears still suck then what does that make the packers (26-0)? brett farve doesnt have it anymore, oh wait, he never had it. ++++++ 9-7? you guys would be lucky if you won 9 games over the next 3 years. and stop with the chicks who arent packer fans, we know that you guys are into the up the butthole thing. ++++++ 26-0, you were lucky we took it easy on you. ++++++ i know you're not gettin' any... ++++++ ditka would kick lumbardi's ass ++++++ farve and amman green are buttpirates. ++++++ 26-0 ++++++ Illinois This is only fun when Catholic Girls speak this way... Oh wait? Could it be that this puss... nevermind. Mike Ditka's 1 SuperBowl (with the greatest defense ever to play and dominate the 80's decade, wait, why ony one?) vs. Vince Lombardi's 5 championships including 2 SB's during the 60's decade. You haven't even pulled even with us let alone lapped us. Compare for yourself, Nobody's Done It Better. ______________________________ POPPINGA MAY VERY EASILY BE THE WORST LINEBACKER IN THE NFL. Speak Out Spew Off...
| Just a quick note before heading off to the Bar to watch the game today, the Packers may finally get their first win today. Oh there's almost no chance that we will get the same kind of game as the last time the Saints came to town. The Pack is playing a team more to our level of talent (thanks to our GM) so there's a good chance of a competitive game today. So I'll just throw it out there that the Pack will get a 4th quarter comeback touchdown from Brett and will edge the Saints 23-19. BeerKid - Still Pack 4 Life! _______________________heres one - packers get raped by chicago, and get rid of this assinine website Thanks for stopping by a website you want to get rid of - you're so funny, Eh! _______________________ Hahha, packers suck a big one. Bout time the tables turn and you guys get to feel what us Bear fans have endured the last decade or so. Now it is our turn to rule the NFL and reign on top of the NFL's elite. GO BEARS!!! Ps. Roy Williams is gonna get it big this week. I'm firm a believer in what goes around, comes around - Just not for the Bears. They Suck! F.Y.Finger Award Goes To...
![]() Due to the miscalculation of gazing at the Green Bay Packer Organization and seeing a NFC Division Crown awaiting the Packers... We're forced to give this week's Fuck You Finger Award to ourselves. For not seeing that GM Ted Thompson would again not address the interior of the Offensive Line, for drafting QB Aaron Rodgers 2 years ago when any other player might have been able to help a team "reload" and gain the playoffs again. By "rebuilding" the Packers in dribs and drabs instead of blowing everyone out the door upon your arrival. If you're going to "Rebuild" then rebuild, don't hide it, that's created a lot of false expectations for us Packer Fans. We also have to give ourselves this FYFinger Award for thinking that Coach Mike McCarthy would be able to coach his way out of wet paper bag. How many of you out there cringed in anticipated horror during that 1st offensive series for the Packers, already trailing 7-0, after 2 Ahman Green runs put us at 3rd and 1, that the Packers would call a run again, instead of play-faking, and with the whole football world, including the Bears defense, knowing exactly that the Pack would run. No gain, no first down, big surprise. How about the QB sneak later in the game on 4th down, when's the last time Brett Favre has done of one those, never, not even with a good offensive line, and we have a poor one this year, again no first down. So, here we stand staring into the mirror while simultaneously whipping us the bird, for our high expectations in believing that this Packer team had somewhere else to go beside the cellar of the NFC North. Now it's time to go and read the mail and see how many of you agree. BeerKid - Still Pack 4 Life! |

Speak Out Spew Off... How gawd-awful was that!!! The Bears were definitely "Bad News". Packers lose big to their hated rivals, the Bears, 0-26 on opening day at Lambeau Field. What a spanking. You have to go back to 1970 and the 40-0 drubbing the Packers took from the Lions to match this pathetic effort. This game looked like those 2 road game preseason losses... still, "The Bears Still Suck!!!"BeerKid - Still Pack 4 Life! ___________________________ Ted Thompson Should Go Dear Palace, I have listened to all the discussion here in Milwaukee since the game ended. I think there are many people still blaming Brett for this mess. Let's call it the way it is!! The Pack is a much worse team after two years with TT. This team did not need to sink to this level. People want to leave this on the door step of Mike Sherman and Brett. Well, they were a much better team with Sherman. I am not saying he was a coaching mensa, but Mcarthy and TT have produced a team that is even worse than when I was a kid watching the game with my dad swearing at the TV after another loss. This team is bad on almost every level and when you make that statement you can only blame it on management. So I will be the first one to call for the head of TT!! Sorry in a real life business this guy would be out!!! Live and Die for the PACK CAMP Dead On! - His eyes open wide... ___________________________ It looks like this will be a long year. However, don't let the Pack's poor effort deter you. Packer fans will need your humor and entertainment more than anything this year. Keep up the good work. Keg Man ___________________________ FIRE TED THOMPSON THE SORRY NO GM EXPERIENCED MAN... OUTRAGED PACKER FAN IN TEXAS ___________________________ Hey Beerkid, I've never sent anything in before, but I think that we have to be realistic. The Packers will be lucky to match last years record. I've been a Packer fan since the '60s and have seen them be real good and real bad. I happen to live in Chicago and I keep hearing how great the Bares are going to be this year. Did you notice how everyone on the Bares had a great game? Even guys who never really play well. Clark and Grossman. They pushed the Packers around. What happened to that great defense? Manuel AND Woodson AND Hawk AND Poppinga were supposed to add to the Packers defense. I really didn't hear a lot of good things with their names attached to them. This defense is not an upgrade of last years defense. Most quarterbacks can do what they want against the Packers. Just look at what happened in the preseason. We have continually allowed most teams to push us around. This defense has to learn to kick some ass because mediocre offenses are making them look really bad. As bad as the offense is we need to let them get on the field more. I believe the Bares only punted once, and the Packers punted ____ oh never mind. Frank G Is the defense already missing former D-Coach Jim Bates hi-energy inspiration? Looks that way doesn't it... ___________________________ come on guys yes we lost 26-0 but really its not that bad there lots thing we can get better on yet there still some good sign brett look good we run the ball well and bar there TD they never really look like get any more bar that special team td our special teams are very poor cut the mistakes out on 3rd and 1 get a 1st down and we win next win it week one things like this happen look what happen to the bucs. We will stand and bitch and bleed green 'n gold until the bitter end, but come on, opening day game at home against a bitter rival and the Packers can't gameplan to score 1 frickin' point. ___________________________ Who can answer the following question? "With the first pick in the 2007 NFL Draft, The Green Bay Packers select________?" My fear is Brett ends up with a career ending injury instead of going out on his own terms. Plus I am sick and tired of media bashing him for a team sport. Beerkid, you hit it on the nose, good analysis, and fuck us!!Eric in Iowa QB Brady Quinn of Notre Dame - you need a QB when you're rebuilding... ___________________________ How can u lose that badly to chicago thats pathetic the only good thing was Green was awesome and Driver had 96 yards its gonna be a long season my guess either 7-9 or 8-8 GO PACK GO-Rob Mokena Illinois, haven't posted anything since April ___________________________ Well.......Uh, all I can say is that I'm reminded of this bar scene that I was witness to some time ago. A little pussy guy "bouncer" had been looking for an opportunity to actually put anyone out of the bar to look like a "real" man, he gets his chance, this down-on-his-luck good guy hero drinks too much and is getting his opinion out when pussy boy jumps on him (for the good of the patrons) When a spectator in the crowd says "You can't hit a man when he's down you coward!!" "The 'bouncer'says "Why do you think I got him down??" The moral of the story is we'll play again shitcago and next time we'll kick your ass!! Sportsmanship be damnded BEAT THE BEARS!!!! GO PACK GO!!!! and GO UNCLE ROBERT!!!! You always have a spot at my table!!!!!! BIG ERN Yup, don't stop swinging just because you got them down - Cheezhead Nation, get ready for more of this from the rest of the NFL. ___________________________ It's time for my prediction before the start of the season today. I'm predicting 8-8 with about a 2 game swing either way, depending on Packer injuries, injuries to the teams they play and lucky bounces etc. Just a few too many variables to pin it down too tight. I'm worried about Shottenheimer's coaching!!! Long Live the Pack!!! Is that why Al Harris played so poorly? Anymore of that from Al and he won't be getting his contract upgraded this year ___________________________ Packers roll to a 10-6 win and a 8-8 season ___________________________ Average Joe cited in Drive-By Pleads Innocence DEARBORN, Mich. -- Detroit Lions assistant coach Joe Cullen shed his embarrassment with close friends today to offer an explanation for his recent citation on suspecion of indecent and obscene conduct on Aug. 24th. "The whole incident was blown out of proportion.", Cullen was reported to have said. We have it on good authority that while Cullen was on his way to the emergency room to seek treatment for a case of priapism, he was overcome with hunger. "Any of you that has had to suffer through the long waits common in a non life-threatening ER visit can sympathize with my situation. It was bad enough I had to seek medical attention for a potentially diabilitating condition, but to have the prospect of developing a stomach ucler on top of that, well, that was too much to bare... I had to choose, suffer a non-treatable ED condition for life, or risk the chance of a DUI or worse." Cullen said, "Plying the fire of Amore with champagne is not a crime." Once the facts become known, his legal counsel gave him all indications it should not move to trial. His employer was not so forgiving, having suspended him for one week. They understood his situation completely, but said the public demanded blood letting. PR over ER. His job security all but guarranteed, he would have to take this one between the legs for the good of the franchise. Although unconfirmed, it has be rumored that Matt Millen was seen doing a Chad Johnon-like River Dance in the club's offices just prior to the press briefing. Anything that, however swift, focused the fan's wrath away from his direction was reason enough for a display of uncontrolled mirth and glee. The BS Press contributed to this report. Packers Beat Bears...

Hi, I'm a fan of the site. I think it's great.

Report: Fans at Lambeau are less behaved when the Packers lose.
This week, I was in a Packer bar where three Saints fans would sing a "way to go Favre" chant every time Brett did something imperfect. I don't know... I'm as competitive as the next guy, but I cheer "for" my team, not "against" the other one. I guess I found it pretty odd though cause that Drew Brees got a pretty big contract to caugh up the ball three times in the first quarter. Brett, however threw for 340 yards and one pick. Beyond that, he's still Brett. I'd rather have him wearing our jersey than any other one. Anybody who hates him and thinks he should retire is just one of those folks who knows he can still walk into their stadium on any given Sunday and do some pretty serious damage. If that's not it, then why bother caring?
with an equal or better record and with some luck we will challenge our shit on thy neighbors to the south. But I digress in speaking of our foes.

You wear the Green and Gold where-ever you go, to work, to church, to in-laws homes, because as a Packer fan, you do not step back and you don't step off.

Give the damn Packers a line and some Defensive backs and we would win with pure devastation.
Another sunday, another horror show from the Packers. Well it's more like b-movie horror, almost a parody of itself as it unfolds. Great 1st quarter which led to 13-0 lead, but nothing much more from the defense as the Packers lose to the Saints at Lambeau Field, 27-34 for a great 0-2 start.

GM Ted Thompson has gone out and placed his tarnished repuation just a little more on the line by signing troubled WR Koren Robinson. K-Rob is a big fast reciever who should be able to help the Packers (if he can stay sober and out of trouble with the law) at an undermanned WR position. Now we know why Ted cut down to 4 WR's, he was waiting until after the 1st game to sign K-Rob. This will lessen any liabilities that the Packers will have towards his salary this year, and I'm sure that there is all kinds of contract language protecting the Pack in case Koren Robinson goes off the deepend again.
If this is true, they really are ruining this team... reports say that Green Bay will sign Koren Robinson today. He's the 'Queen who got a DWI whilest fleeing police at over 100 MPH in MN last month. He's a career dirtball from way back, to include statuatory rape and much substance abuse, according to Seattle sources. Chances are also good that the league will be suspending him anyway.
get over it, stop moaning get behind the team then end of the season we can fire them two muppets. until then get behind every one who puts a packer uniform on.
Is this what we have to resign to this season? And everyone needs to quit blaming Brett for the teams' shortcomings. One person can't do it all, people! All of those guys are earning a paycheck.....they need to play like it! And 'ol Teddy needs to pull his head outta the sand! (who made him GM?)

This game looked like those 2 road game preseason losses... still, "The Bears Still Suck!!!"
Beerkid, you hit it on the nose, good analysis, and fuck us!!
So the opening week of the Green Bay Packers 2006 football is about to begin, and luckily for all of us, it's also Packers-Bears week. Which is going to make for a great opening day game. We're stoked here at Packer Palace. BeerScout, during his 30 day trip to Wisconsin, actually found a ticket to attend the game. So Packer Palace should have some great pre-game, game, and post-game party pics. Even with the Beer flowing...
like the Bears....er, no wait, they have NO players who have EVER WON A PLAYOFF GAME! What the hell are we afraid of? A one hit wonder? It's like Dexy's Midnight Runners! "Come on Eileen, get me into the end zone" (quoth Rex Grossman). Having Brett setting the tone staying with this team will go beyond when he is finished.

Will the Packer win the NFC North Division this year?
